1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing raffle tickets, or participating in the ACA Raffle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Age Requirement

GAMBLING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR INDIVIDUALS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.

To participate in this raffle, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase
• Provide valid government-issued identification upon request
• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation is legal

Prohibited Participants

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of the Alberta Conservation Association
• Employees of the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC)
• Individuals who are self-excluded from gaming activities in Alberta
• Anyone under 18 years of age

3. Raffle Details

• Total Tickets: 995 tickets available
• Ticket Price: $10 CAD per ticket
• Grand Prize: $3,780 retail value prize package
• Draw Date: December 26, 2025
• Draw Location: Taber Community Hall
• Gaming Licence: #465790 (Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis)

4. Ticket Purchase Terms

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided except as required by law
• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
• Ticket purchases must be completed before the draw date
• You may purchase multiple tickets to increase your chances of winning
• All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• We reserve the right to refuse any ticket purchase at our discretion

5. Draw and Winner Selection

• The draw will be conducted on December 26, 2025 at Taber Community Hall
• The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid tickets
• The draw will be conducted in accordance with AGLC regulations
• The draw is final and binding
• Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw
• Winner names may be published as required by gaming regulations

6. Prize Terms

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash (except as required by law)
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification
• Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or expenses associated with the prize
• Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranties, express or implied
• If a prize cannot be delivered for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Alberta Conservation Association, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in this raffle.

8. Disclaimers

• This raffle is a game of chance. No skill is involved
• Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold
• We make no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of the draw
• Participation does not guarantee a prize

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in the raffle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
